The 21-Day Clean Eating Challenge is kicking off on September 14 and we are looking forward to eating clean and feeling good! While many of you are just as excited as we are, we’ve had a few questions about the program. So, Danielle Omar, registered dietitian and leader of the 21 Day Clean Eating Challenge stepped in to answer your questions and squash any reservations about the course!
1. What can I expect out of the 21-day clean eating challenge? Will I lose weight?
You can expect to recreate your relationship with food! You will learn that you can eat less and feel full. You will learn that nutrient dense foods satisfy. And yes, you will lose weight...most people do.
2. What do I do if I have questions along the way?
There is a group kick-off call where you will have the opportunity to ask me questions directly. You will also get support from me throughout the program in a private online group.
In addition, you will have a community of fellow participants who support each other during the entire process!
3. I’m a working mom and don’t have a lot of time to cook. Are the recipes quick? Will my kids enjoy the food?
There are a variety of recipes that cater to both the beginner and the experienced cook. Your children can eat everything you're eating. I’ve created specific recipes that are "Family Friendly."
4. How will the program improve my running?
Your running will improve because you will learn how to properly fuel yourself on and off the track!
5. Should I do this if I'm training for a half marathon?
Yes, I provide modifications for anyone who is very active or in training.
Still have questions?? Post below and Danielle will be happy to answer!

I want to sign up for the spring session, but not sure which track — Beginner or Ease Into It. Can you tell me the difference between the two?
