Make Ahead Lunch Template

I belong to the brown paper bag club when it comes to lunch. But, I'm always struggling to find something that is filling, healthy and tasty. Also I run after work, so I need complex carbs that will give me plenty of energy. So, when I came across this recipe on The Kitchen, I was excited that it was all of those things. The Make Ahead Lunch template is basically a pasta bowl that includes: vegetables, cheese, salad dressing and some sort of protein.
You can have fun coming up with differnt combinations.
Here is my combo:
Feta
Tortellini
Sping Mix salad
Tomatoes
Light Caesar Dressing
