Yes indeed. We should never take our health for granted. I believe that it is very important to do some exercises and eat the right kinds of foods in order to be fit and healthy.
This is 5th blog on running am reading today.
These blogs are inspiring me to start running which I not yet started. I hope soon I’ll one among you to write my experience on running.
For a person of roughly average weight, it doesn’t take all that long before they can become quite a proficient runner. I found that once I had been doing a few weeks of 3-4 km runs 4-5 times a week, then I found increasing that to 7-10 km to be a piece of cake. I find myself getting into a zen-like state during my runs and it feels like I could run forever – it is a great feeling.
