Running Groups
For liability reasons and to maintain our brand image, we have developed a few guidelines for running group leaders and participants. No Soliciting – We have had several instances of people using our Facebook page and website to solicit products or services that they are selling. We don’t want running groups to be used for that purpose. So, we ask that you don’t allow anyone to misuse the run group pages or the running groups for their own purposes that are not associated with BGR! Black Girls RUN! is trademarked, and we want to protect the use of our name and image. We ask that by serving as BGR! ambassadors, you agree that our name, logo and tagline “Preserve the sexy” will not be reproduced or used in any manner without the express written permission of Black Girls RUN! Black Girls RUN! advises you to consult your physician before undertaking any form of medical treatment, or adopting any exercise program or dietary guidelines. Black Girls RUN! is not responsible for any injuries or accidents occurred during or as a result of participating in Black Girls RUN! run groups. Where: The Little Rock marathon running groups meets every Saturday morning. We could run with the group and meet up afterwards for coffee, tea, and breakfast. The location varies every week but an emails sent our with location details every Thursday. Mileage is 2, 4,6, 8 miles during the summer.
