Hands down Lululemon is one my favorite athletic brands. Heck, it’s one of my favorite brands EVER. They came on the scene with a vengeance offering fashionable yoga and running gear that you want to wear everyday in and out of the gym. Last year they hosted their first half-marathon in Vancouver and again, they changed the game when it came to hosting a one-of-a-kind running event. Well, it’s that time of year again and they officially opened registration today. While it’s not one of Black Girls RUN!’s official races, we are scrambling to make room on our calendars to try to get there!

When: August 10, 2013

Where: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada (Lululemon’s Hometown)

The scoop: If you love everything Lululemon, there’s no disappointment here. They bring all their awesomeness to the half marathon experience including Lululemon swag in your race bag. This year is shaping up to be even better than the last because the SeaWheeze isn’t your average half-marathon. It’s a jammed packed weekend experience you will never forget. There will be yoga (lots of yoga), brunch, an outdoor concert and (of course) a half marathon.

The sacrifice: $128 CAD ($127.19 US)
