February is Black Love Month
Stacey, Ashley and I have a lot of things in common. We love running, we love music, we love spreading the BGR! movement and oddly enough, we also all love men named Chris (or Kris).
While each of us rely on each other for motivational and spiritual support, our men are a big part of our committment to staying fit and healthy, and often times are the ones pushing us the hardest. Not because they think we need to change our bodies, but because they understand the importance of staying healthy and our commitment to encourage other women to do the same.
So, we’re declaring February “Black Love Month” where we’ll be discussing a variety of topics, from relationships to men’s point of view on healthy (and unhealthy) women and finding “the one”.
We encourage you to check back often as we celebrate love and relationships.
